I can't get the math to work for anything other than B. Can't use column A or B so we are stuck with C. Also, we have to use Note 1. 4 ranges = 17KW column C. One range is 14kw or 2kw more than 12kw which = 10%. If I were to do 40% which is 4 ranges at 14kw @ 5%/kw over 12kw, I get 23.8kw. I'm sticking with B until you tell me I'm wrong.
