Getting my master electrician license
Hello everyone . Just a quick rant told my boss I’m studying for my master electrical exam and was planning on taking it. Now a normal boss would have said best of of luck. Now mine went of the deep end and saying if you don’t know industrial or commercial calculations and understand the code don’t bother also if you pass I will bury anyone . Now that’s lit a fire under me to get my st together and get it. And see what he does. And Mr Abernathy thanks again. For all you have done. Will be looking forward to To your new courses. All good. Thanks. Had to vent.

Well, I am sure you know what I am going to say right. SCREW HIM. What a poor excuse for leadership and lack of mentorship. A real "Boss" would encourage your success and growth. So, maybe this is a SIGN......You don’t need any company that treats an employee like that. Bite your tongue, get that license, and then YOU get to choose if you tell him to "STICK IT".
