Just got it today and took it out to the ballgame tonight. One thing I might suggest changing, add a small hole in the bottom to let air out when you load it.
That green does look sharp my friend.
However, we have uploaded a video showing a normal 12oz standard aluminum can being inserted into the koozies. They are designed with very tight tolerance so the can should be inserted slowly but should go in fine.
To help us out can you tell me the brand can you used, Dr.Pepper, Coke, Sprite, Pepsi...etc. We have actually tested it on all brand 12oz standard aluminum cans and haven't had any issues. Also make sure it didn't get deformed due to heat in shipping as well which can be corrected with a standard hair dryer by putting a can of soda into the koozie and heating up the koozie for about 5 minutes.
Update: We did find a tight one and I think you might have gotten one of the "tight" units. Since changing to PLA+ 2.0 filament we haven't seen the issue again. Sorry, if you want a replacement just let me know.
