Look what I found out in the wild today

I had to replace a mast on this houses service as a tree fell on the service connector. In the process I found that the gec going to the water meter was cooked and went into the basement to see what i had to do to replace it. Upon leaving i was putting on my boots and saw this. There is just so much wrong with it i had to share with you.
