The best thing about this space.
I have last week battled ignorant people in the comments of a certain home inspector in arizona. You have to explain every term you are using and they go to the dictionary for them and not article 100. And there is no debating with them as they are emotionally invested, and not try to get any facts and then make an option on the subject. The worst part about it after you made your case and layed out the facts it is " well you can just see that it an violence ". At least when you are here you can state your opinion and why you think this and get helpful responses, instead you are just a tik tok electrician and don't know how to do anything right. Thank you paul for this little oasis, away from emotional opinion and just rooted in facts.
Well you are most welcome Rob. I learned long ago that arguing with idiots just put me on the same idiotic level. Yes, i sometimes get pulled down to that level but usually rise up quickly. The biggest offender in those forums is Cy Porter and his uneducated minions. He literally survives to be on Facebook but he is clueless. He also "EDITS" all posts to bend his objectives regardless of truth. He is truly a conman but has his "followers" who are blind sheep.
But....is what it is I guess...I get a kick out of him and his lies.
I don't comment on almost all of the videos I see, because who cares on what I think on the matter. but when I have knowledge that I have worked hard to get it, I like to give it out to help. But they dont want the help they want it to burn and I won't help that. This is a place of knowledge, a place to learn with out the rift rap destroying or belittle you and your thoughts. This place maybe small in numbers but it is large in quality and heart.

Not worth arguing with people. Sometimes it is because if you listen during an argument and learn/understand then it no longer becomes an argument, it became a conversation you learned from, people cant put the ego to rest. the internet makes that very apparent, and it bleeds over into reality with how people act in person. its unfortunate but they end up learning and finding out the hard way in the end, and they will realise, if they dont that sucks for them, gives us who actually care more work. and creates platforms like this for actual conversation. some people just truly get a kick out of getting a rise out of people. people will be people.
