How many times do I have to purchase the same course? I thought it never expired for a while.
As I have told you “Multiple Times” via email. You purchased a few years ago and it was the Fast Trax Black or Plus. Those programs were ALWAYS a 12 month access program. In fact, I even sent you your confirmation email showing it early says “12 month access”. We did not switch to Basic and Enhanced until Jan-Feb of 2024 and only then did the courses that don’t expire get developed. Your program offered you 12 months to use it to pass your electrical exam…not forever.
