This course is our “Basic” course on the 2023 National Electrical Code® for Electrical Exam Preparation. While this course has all the same material as our famous Fast Trax® Black it does differ in that it doesn’t offer the same level of personal attention and support as our flagship courses.
Here is what WILL and WILL NOT be included in this course:
1) The student in the “Basic” course WILL have access to the 850 electrical question database. While we may include quizzes at the end of various units, this is not the same level of interaction as our Fast Trax® Black.
2) The student WILL NOT have access to FastTraxTube.com – That is the Enhanced Program, not the Basic Program.

Is the 2023 NEC Fast Trax Budget Exam Prep course ready to start once I purchase here?
In terms of the “Budget” courses….100% Yes. Now, in terms of the traditional Fast Trax® Black or Plus the answer is NO since it requires a bit of setup so we can grade your competency reviews. However, with the Fast Trax® Budget courses you get the competency reviews and answer keys at the end of each unit. Hope this helps.
Which course is better for prepping for a residential electrical journeyman exam. I have taken a class in residential wiring in the beginning of electrical path almost 2 years ago
Greetings- We really don’t break our courses down like that. Our programs work for both Journeyman and Masters exams. We feel it’s better to be well prepared and our program will help you actually learn the NEC.
I all ready have fast trax tube, will that basic still tell me what video I should watch?
Greetings- First, FastTraxTube.com has nothing to do with our courses. As it says, the videos on FastTraxTube.com are ancillary to our courses. Now, the basic plans do not include access to FastTraxTube.com but again access to FastTraxTube.com simply gives you acceas to videos of all types.
Our courses are not video courses, they never have been but we do have many videos that help affirm the concepts found in our programs.
